Competitive Dance Teams: Age 6-18+
Being on our dance team is a wonderful opportunity to develop technical dance skills while making great friends and building confidence. Our dance team students experience the joy of performing at various regional dance competition events in the area and working together with their team to learn and grow as dancers. This is a full school-year commitment, September through June, and requires regular attendance in classes and rehearsals.
We welcome new dancers into our competitive program each year. Participation in the classes listed in the bullet points of each age are the minimum requirements with the option to add more styles. If you are new to our studio or interested in learning how to be on our dance team please contact our office to schedule a meeting.
All requirements must be taken at Kathy Blake Dance Studios and level placement is based on instructor and director evaluation. Current students please contact the office for competition entry fees, costumes, choreography and additional information related to your participation.
