Come join us for one of our most beloved programs at KBDS, Fairytale Dancecamp! Children age 3-5 will enjoy adventures in learning, growing, and sharing childlike wonder through dance, theatre and crafts. No previous dance experience needed!
What we do at Fairytale Dance Camp:
- Dance classes related to the theme – (Tap, Ballet, Creative Dance)
- Theatre related activities
- Create fun arts and crafts related to each theme such as: tutus, tiaras, wands and more.
- Learn from the loving team of Kathy Blake Dance Studios’ finest faculty.
- Enjoy adventures in learning, growing, and sharing childlike wonder through dance, theatre and crafts.
- Delight family and friends while we share and dance for you each day at 11:45 am.
Ariel and Friends – Tuesday August 9th
Belle, the Beast and Friends – Thursday August 11th
Elsa and Olaf – Tuesday August 16th
Rapunzel and Pascal – Thursday August 18th
A non-refundable, but transferable $25 deposit per Fairytale Dancecamp is due at the time of registration with balance due on June 30th.
Times and Tuition:
Time: 9:00am-12:00 (11:45pm Share and dance for family and friends!)
Dates: Tuesdays August 9th & 16th and Thursdays August 11th & 18th
Age: 3-5 (preschool – kindergarten) No previous dance experience needed!
Tuition: $45 a day before June 30th and $55 a day After July 1st
Limited Class Size: 20 per day, register early to secure your spot!
Sample Schedule:
- 8:50-9:00 – Arrival time
- 9:00-9:15 – Welcome dance activity
- 9:15-9:45 – Tap class
- 9:45-10:15 – Ballet class
- 10:15-11:00 – Snack, movie, craft
- 11:00-11:45 – Creative dance class
- 11:45-12:00 – Share and dance for family and friends!
What to Wear:
- Leotard and tights
- Pink ballet slippers, and Tap shoes (if you have them)
- Princess Dress-up clothes Optional
What to Bring:
- Dry snack, fruit and drink in labeled container – We are a nut-free facility
- Old t-shirt or smock for craft time
