We are pleased to inform you that our annual Ballet Evaluation will be held on Sunday, May 17th this year. The intention of this evaluation is to encourage, inspire and document the work that each student has accomplished.
The evaluation will be set up like a regular ballet class covering all curriculum in their level. A panel of ballet teachers will be present to give their feedback and recommendations for September 2015. The Ballet Evaluation is mandatory for all students in Intensive levels 1-5; Foundation 2 see below*. Any student in the Basic track who wishes to be considered for the Intensive track must attend their current level evaluation time. The class evaluation times are listed below, so please mark your calendars!
Sunday May 17th: Studio 4
Intensive 1 – 11am-12:30pm
Intensive 2 – 12:45pm-2:15 pm
Intensive 3 – 2:45pm-4:15pm
Intensive 4/5 – 4:30pm-6pm
*Please Note: Foundation 2’s evaluation will be held during their class time on May 13th.
What to expect afterwards
Students and parents can expect to receive their Evaluation Report, as well as the level they have been placed in for the following year, the week after the recital. A phone or personal conference may be arranged, if requested, to discuss your fall program.
